实验室的主要研究方向:

采用整合的研究方法包括生物信息学、病毒学、免疫学、结构生物学以及小鼠遗传学等,从分子、细胞以及个体水平等多个层次以较全视野对适应性免疫系统以及病毒拮抗机制进行研究。

  1. 研究人适应性免疫系统以及病毒拮抗宿主免疫的功能与机制。
  2. 研究细菌适应性免疫系统(CRISPR-Cas系统)以及噬菌体Anti-CRISPR系统的分子机制,同时基于研究成果靶向设计高效的、特异性的新型基因编辑工具。
  3. 研究在生理和病理过程中人微生态系统中病毒、细菌的功能与机制。
  4. 解析免疫与感染性疾病发生过程中起关键作用的蛋白(复合物)的分子机制,并利用这些结构信息理性设计小分子药物治疗相关疾病。
